Hon. Walter P. Schwarm Superior Court of California, County of Orange, California
Judge Schwarm does T-Rack's bidding. Everything else that goes on in his courtroom is just a charade.
Hon. Bret D. Hillman Superior Court of California, County of Tulare, California

He forgot his own rulings. He was very unjust.
Hon. John J. Driscoll Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania
Judge Driscoll exhibits appalling signs of early senility. He forgets if the father is working, how many children in the family, and numerous other details from the prior hearing. At one point he stated that he had to delay issuing a final custody order because he had to determine who would receive custody on mother's and father's day!!! If this were merely a slip of the tongue, you could give him the benefit of the doubt. However, he continues to make these kind of gaffs in all of the six custody hearing I have attended. In march 2013 he failed to show up for a hearing or to even call his staff to explain his absence. His example justifies the mandatory retirement rulein Pennsylvania. Why was he appointed senior judge?
Hon. Kathrynann W. Durham Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania
Biased, must have some type of arrangements with her favorite attorney / plaintiffs as she makes favorable comments and suggests what the attorney should say as well as the plaintiff. So it seems that judicial proceedings have no guidelines or rules in Judge Durham's courtroom. She is a disgrace to the law and particularly to the honest judges, assuming there are any in the Media Court House
Who the heck made him a father for all father's little girls, that he can dictate and give minor girls the right to get access to the abortion pill? Another indication by a liberal taking away parental rights!!!!!!!!!
Hon. Denise Pratt District Court, 311th District Court, Harris County, Texas
971. party to case (with attorney)
I returned from serving in Afghanistan and had my long pending, no-contest divorce case heard on Feb 25, 2013 before the Associate Judge of the 311th District Court, Houston, TX, Hon. Robert Newey. The divorce is final, but the Hon. Denise Pratt, the 311th District's presiding judge has not yet signed on the final divorce decree. It takes 5 seconds to sign to just fulfill a formality! Nobody knows why. But what the court clerks and the attorneys are murmuring is "very poor work ethics." They simply don't know when or if she'll show up for work!
Hon. Gerald C. Jessop Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, California
Agree with above. For some reason my case was changed to this judge from Goldsmith, who had previously shown to be fair in our 2-3 hearings. Judge Jessop appeared to have immediate bias against my meticulously prepared evidence and documents. He ruled in all of my proposed actions for the father, who has exposed minor child to weapons. Judge Jessop even had the gall to state that it didn't matter if guns were registered or not. He decided to give me an analogy (as if I'm an idiot) that there are many dangerous cars on the road, but they are still allowed to drive. In other words, my child might get shot by a registered or unregistered weapon. In other cases in front of Goldsmith, even when she did not agree with my complaints or assertions, she at least took the opportunity to "advise" the father on the topic at hand. Judge Jessop had ample opportunity to do this and completely missed the mark. How hard is it for a judge to say to a parent: "I would advise you to keep guns out of reach of five-year-old children." Seriously. What a joke. But not a funny one.
Hon. Barbara Wade Hale County Court, County Court at Law, Walker County, Texas
I feel that Judge Hale is fair, but harsh when it comes to teen agers getting into things that they relize after the fact what they did was wrong. She is a very confident women strong, and very understanding when it comes to the truth or lies she is fair with people. I feel not everyone needs the same punishment, and that is where I feel she is very knowledgeable in her job. Not everyone gets the same punishment she talks to them and tells the people how it is. Very forward women, strong minded and can handle it.
Hon. Wilfred J. Schneider, Jr. Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, California
Judge Schneider is a great judge. He handles his cases very well and he is thorough and honest.
Hon. Barbara Marie Scheper Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, California
961. party to case (with attorney)
I never post to these sites but it would be a gross injustice if I did not concerning Scheper. Without equivocation...wtf??? How did this incompetent, sexist, and downright unfair woman ever become a judge. All the comments on this site are accurate. She shows extreme bias favoring woman; does not read the information in front of hear; and, renders decisions that can only be overturned. Use your 170.6 challenge if you are a plaintiff
