Awful, awful, awful... I am just ashamed that there is a judge in the bench with such an attitude and disregard for the rule of law.
Hon. Barbara Marie Scheper Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, California
9198. attorney (private practice)
Not only does this judge fail to read the papers or follow black letter law, but she is vindictive. She failed to issue a clear order. We followed her Order. She then used this Order to encourage the other party to move for sanctions! Believe these other people's reviews! The problem with judges, at least in Los Angeles, is once they are appointed they are there for life. There are elections every six years but no one ever runs against a sitting judge. Look up this Judge. She was has never been elected by the people. If no one runs against a sitting judge they "win" the election automatically. I thought that stuff only happened in places like North Korea? 170.6 her ASAP!

This a very biasjudge who hates women and always rule AGAINST mothers. His term expire next year. All mothers that he did wrong, lets unite and get him out of the court system. He has no right to be called a judge. All mothers, make sure you vote next year AGAINST him like he rules against you!
Hon. Gregory M. Snyder Court of Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania
I read these reviews before our case and did not want to believe that someone in his position could be "unjust." Our hearing went horribly. Judge Snyder talked over everyone, would not simply just LISTEN, was condescending and rude, and humiliated me in front of the court (I am the victim). It was like I was in the middle of a bad dream. I needed his help....instead, he further traumatized and injured me. Please pray for this man that God might take away his anger and soften his heart.
Hon. Rebecca DePew County Court, County Court at Law No. 3, Bell County, Texas
I always must research those that control my own fate, to determine if I must exit a situation, if at all possible,I came upon this one star review, not cool. I find this one previous review insulting. Judge DePew is the most down to earth Judge I have ever met. She cares about those involved on her Docket with the up-most respectful evaluations. Anyone who falls under this judge should consider themselves lucky, or vise versa....because justice will be served. I should know, she sent me to jail, however, at the time that's where I needed to be. I was given the opportunity, serving over 6 months, to sober up and maintain that lifestyle; and I thank Judge Depew for that, its exactly what needed to happen.

Hon. Michael J. Rushton Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, California
9193. party to case (pro se)
I am appalled, belittled, damaged...I never wanted to represent myself in court. I have always suffered from low self esteem and afraid to speak in crowds or to even speak up for myself. During the process of divorce I was laid off from my job. When it came to request an order for spousal support I completely had no income..At that time I was being represented by an Attorney. The judge made a comment based on my appearance that he was not going to calculate my income at 0. He stated that I looked like I was fully capable of maintaining a minimum wage job. This was Rushton's 1st unfair judgement as he did not know my mental state at that time. I was awarded spousal support however attorney fees were denied. 2nd unjust decision as I had 0 income and Husband was fully capable of paying. 3 incident. 1 1/2 years later spouse submits an order to end spousal, I have no attorney circumstances do not change..Spouse has not paid support in over a year I file a response and state a request for order will follow as I would like to request determination of arrears. Come court hearing thank god spouses request was not taken into consideration as we need to come to a settlement agreement. He listens to spouses Attorney wanting to end spousal stated he understood but will make judgment based on settlement. I state Mr. is in arrears which he can be held in contempt for that. Rushton goes on to state I can file what ever I want but his only concern is settlement conference and trial date. I go on to state it will be difficult for me as I do not understand some of the paper work..He states "your ignorance will not delay the process, and I should make special effort to complete the process. We he should of done is looked at my paper work and taken my financial situation into consideration and referred me to seek out attorney's fees and cost as spouse did not pay spousal..Being that I am self represent..I am not being fairly treated plus I am ridiculed..Spouse has the means to have an attorney and I don't, plus he is in arrears..And his paperwork has invalid information. Spouse has declared he is being truthful...I am filing a complaint against..Rushton..

A very fair and thorough judge. Listens and spends a lot of time on the cases...he spoke wisdom to me as the mother in my case, I’m so thankful for thoughtful judges like this.
