One of the worst judges I have ever seen. His nickname in all attorney's offices is Judge Prisonberry. That is a true statement. I have sat and watched his courtroom sessions absolutely absurd. It's said his wife is in ownership of dwi devices instilled to those required to wear them. But no one stops his judgement in cases that involves in any of these devices. I would say that's a conflict of interest. I'm trying to figure out how he gets away with his indicretions. Hmmm.
I believe him to be a tough but fair judge, bottom line is if your doing what your supposed to do then you don't have to be scared of the man, I'll tell you this much, I was in his court back in April 2015 and was being offered 20 years and the da wasn't coming off of it so we took it to quissenberry and showed everything I had done in almost a year since getting in trouble, I walked out on probation because of him and My efforts to better myself for my children, family and myself, so I would say he's definetly fair. People like to run their mouths because this is a small County and the punishments are a little harsher out here than say tarrant or Dallas County but this county does not tolerate crime, if you want to commit a crime and get a slap on the wrist commit your crime somewhere else, there is a reason he's on that seat in Parker County so if you don't want trouble don't start trouble
Worst judge. Hate to admit but been to his court several times with friends. Nothing like tarrant county courts, this judge is very unprofessional compared to Tarrant County. He likes to flirt with the lady attorneys. We waited over 10 mins before he seen another case, several times. We could have been finished sooner if he had not killed time. Then when he brings an inmate out if they don't have an attorney he will not answer them and acts like he doesn't care. He speaks to them as they are standing across the room. I now live in parker county and will not vote for him. EVER. The court is a big joke. No professionalism any where except attorneys. Need to get him off the bench. And go flirt somewhere else.
