I have witnessed first hand the malevolence towards parties involved in the past with specific respect and regard to their Christian faith professed. This representative of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania went so far as to declare publicly that God does not communicate with people of this day, when the client referenced the Christian bible as the living word of God and was not ashamed. This is a very philosophical statement coming from an unbiased judge of the commonwealth. I fully believe that the party involved was not only not given an unbiased trial, but was unduly judge against due to the unwavering statements of faith in their Christianity professed. In my 25 years as an attorney I have never seen such blatant yet unchecked bias on any subject. In my opinion, this should be investigated and this man should be removed from position.
This judge needs to step down. He obviously has no interest in performing his duties to the fullest when he begins a hearing by saying "is this going to take all day?" Then limits witnesses and cuts testimony short. He took an hour break in the middle of the first witness' testimony and it was obvious when he came back that he had already made his decision before even hearing from both sides. He should be ashamed of himself. He's dealing with people's families and lives and can't be bothered to give them his full attention.
