I was a juror in a case heard by Judge Anders. He was very patient and mild manner during the trial. The defendant's lawyer kept calling his client the wrong name and getting details mixed up and having to backtrack. I felt that the judge was thorough and truly fair. The directions he gave to the juror was clear.
I wanted to first apologize to Judge Anders for having to,leave early due to scheduling conflict. I was given wrong information so I set up someone to pick up my grand children at 530. Then I was subsequently told we had to stay much later, I tried to get a sitter but could not he allowed me to leave. I take my civic duty very seriously, it is a right and a privilege to be able to serve. This Honorable man was kind and very understanding hopefully in the future I can assist you in a trial. Thank you again.
